Squishy_Ichigo
Well, I'm squishy!

I've been haxer-ating Super Metroid for almost 2 years now, and have learned quite a bit! I am currently (9/9/09) working on a minihack called Temple of Doom that uses Zero Mission tiles, snazzy fx ideas, and some custom code. My main project Rainbow City is on a vacation until I get motivated enough to get back to working on it. (probably not until the mini is done)

I hang around on #metconst all the time, and have become friends with just about everyone who around there! (especially Green-Kirby ;3) I'm always open to meeting new people so who knows, maybe we could be friends too!

Anyways, lets see... about myself...
I'm an avid gamer, who spends most of his free time either playing video games, or hacking them! But I'm also an a huge fan of anime. I'd have to say my favorite is Fruits Basket, with Trigun coming in a close second place. Anything with a good plot, and I'll probably watch it! Lately I've been watching Case Closed, and GTO.
My favorite games include: Final Fantasy VII, Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, Super Metroid, Super Smash Bros. Brawl and the list goes on! -in that order btw ;D

Lets see, what else?
Ah, I'm an assistant manager at a Subway! :D

Hi, my name is James Kennon, and this is my site, I started this site as a college assignment but soon after I had bigger plans for the site, thanks to some great site testers and friends I was able to get this site up and running very quickly.

I have been hacking for a while now, somewhere around a year, but it was only simple stuff, rearranging tiles and the such, but I only started learning more advanced stuff more recently, I started experimenting with custom graphics and hex work and today I know nearly everything about hex and graphical work, in my opinion, but their could be a person who wants to prove me wrong, but that can wait.

My first public announced hack is Metroid: Return to SR:388, it is a graphical overhauled hack with a nice bit of ASM in it to give it a new feel, as well as lots of things that have never been thought about, thanks to a few people this hack is becoming more exciting by the day, and is coming along nicely, the next announcement for my hack will be when I have a big video ready.

I am an avid metroid gamer and have been playing metroid for most of my life, I still have my original copy of super metroid in mint condition, my best time on Super Metroid is a sub hour 0:57, I could vastly improve it if I did not grab as many items as I normally get, which is around 56% average. I have played most of the metroid games, the exception is Metroid Prime 2 :echoes as I don't have it yet, I don't have Metroid Prime Hunters, but I have played it, and I like it for the fact that it is a portable 3D metroid game, I have completed Metroid Zero Mission on hard mode as well.

Hello, my name is John Garrity IV(that's "the fourth" for those of you who don't know Roman numerals), and I am the loyal Metroid Fusion Moderator of this site's forum. I also help James with site documents occasionally.

But now, how did I get here? I first went beyond the usual gamer's experience in the Metroid games when I discovered the website known as Samus.Co.Uk when searching the web for item locations. This soon led me to discovering the database of Metroid Prime Secret Worlds, which in turn led me to discover sequence breaking. I did some personal speed runs for a while, soon leading me to join Metroid2002 to post the new tricks I found. Around October and November of 2008, I teamed up with a member there named Tahngarthor to create videos for Metroid Prime Hunters speed tricks and secret worlds through the use of Camtasia Studio and emulation with no$gba. This was my first-ever true Internet contribution.

Soon, afterwards, interdpth made a topic about a GBA hacking class he was hosting on #jzd. I had never ROM hacked before, and was interested in using my recently-discovered emulation skills in a new way. I first hacked Metroid Fusion, and learned a lot about how that game's ASM works. I later started hacking Super Metroid, and found SMILE a greater editor than Double Helix may possibly ever be. Today, i hack both Super and Fusion, and I love giving help to anyone who needs it.

Hello. My name is Zeke Sitkoff, and the forum is my domain! >:D

History of my involvement? Okay. I went to James newly created channel on Espernet (conveniently called #metconst) and learned all about James' evil plot to create a site for all of the hacker types to transfer to. Naturally, I agreed to help him out in his endeavor (at the time, he was only asking me to point out some good, free hosts we could get set up on to show people we meant SRS BUSINESS. I recommended sitesled, which worked. We got ourselves all set up, and then we were like, "Hey, we need a forum." So, James got us set up on Forumotion. Then he was all like "Blarg I can't figure this stuff out for shiat," and I said "OMG LEMME ADMIN LEMME LEMME!!!" So, I set up the boards and everything, and I admin'd it for a while, and all was well. But then Sitesled went down, and there was wrong with the world. James was broke and homeless, so I donated ~$50 worth of pounds toward the new host, and here we are! :D

What do I hack? Put simply, I do not. :P I mod for Doom. I post screenies and such or other every once in a while in the Misc. Mods section of the board. Be sure to check it out!

Nobody special. Just a guy who loves Super Metroid and offered to make a new layout for this site.

In my spare time I create. What do I create? Anything. To varying degrees I've dabbled with music, art, writing, HTML/CSS/PHP, graphic design, animation, spriting, and most recently, ROM editing - you know, geeky internet crap. That's all I feel like placing here. If you're curious to know more about me (for whatever reason), ask away. Oh, and check out my music if you're bored. You might like it.
