Description
Make the grapple camera scroll normal instead of stupid slow, you see better around. Also the RAM $0CF8 should now be free.

Im not sure if someone already posted this in hex tweaks etc., but this is basically a bunch of hex tweaks in asm format :>

Does exactly as advertised. Aside from freeing up $0CF8, in-game I didn't notice a huge difference between these changes and the hex tweak submitted by Flamestar666. Freeing up RAM is always great though.
